Account Executive
EQ is recruiting an ambitious and well-rounded Account Executive (AE) responsible for helping with client growth and commercial opportunities. The Account Executive will assist in generating revenues through sales of our existing portfolio of products and services, as well as develop strategies for approaching clients for various EQ initiatives. This individual will work closely with EQ’s internal teams to build proposals that address a client’s needs and objectives, as well as explore additional products or services to brand partners that leverage EQ’s core competencies. This position will be highly client-facing (so a passion for dealing with people is a must) and requires an organized and creative mindset to develop solutions for our brand partners.
Responsibilities
- As Account Executive, be an important part of the business development team and be responsible for managing revenue-generating initiatives (whether organic or inorganic)
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budget and timelines, and then negotiate terms and conditions to secure the opportunity
- Be key liaison for all client projects, as well as coordinate, motivate, and follow up with team members in a timely and professional manner
- Develop client-facing budgets for projects based on proposed ideas, and monitor said budgets throughout the project
- Qualify inbound leads and prospects through email or phone calls
- Be comfortable with making cold calls to prospective clients, and delivering a strong introduction of the EQ brand and concept as a segue to possible partnerships
- Put together strong, captivating proposals and decks for client presentations based on creative ideas and proposal objectives
- Develop a comprehensive overview of the audience, the local market, and client landscapes, including understanding passion points, trends, topline brand focus and other key statistics
- Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
- Compile reports tracking a variety of BD-related metrics, including client contacts, commercial opportunities, co-branded opportunities, closed sales, lost pitches,
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines based on aligned timelines
- Performs other duties as required to build the business
- Perform all necessary duties in both English and Thai
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years experience in a sales or business development role
- Fearless and persistent personality; won’t take no for an answer
- A creative mindset that can think big picture and also execute on little things
- Existing rolodex of client/brand contacts a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Impactful presentation skills and charisma in leading conversations and dealing with people
- An ability to motivate colleagues thru trust, teamwork and support

Marketing Manager

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of our marketing and communication initiatives, focusing on expanding our reach, deepening engagement, and building our brand reputation. As the Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies. Responsibilities
- Spearhead all marketing and communicationsinitiatives for the EQ brand and platform sub-channels to focus on a)increasing reach to more individuals, especially those upcountry, b) deepenengagement for all audience, and c) establish brand reputation as a pioneersupporting culture and creativity
- Develop strategies and tactics to boostcompany’s reputation and increase qualified traffic to specific channels
Create marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and ensuresuccessful completion and specific metrics are achieved - Oversee and approve marketing materialsacross all platforms with regards to branding, advertising and otherpromotional initiatives
- Experiment with organic and paid growthactivities like lead generation, content creation, content curation, eventmanagement, publicity, social media, and performance analysis
- Coordinate marketing strategies with internaldepartments (BD, editorial, production) and external parties
- Work with colleagues to produce engagingcontent for the website and social outlets that attracts and converts ourtarget demographic into long-time, loyal followers
- Generate new business leads and coordinatewith the BD team to offer suggestions that can lead to commercial offeringssuitable for client partners
- Measure and report on the performance ofmarketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals to optimize allmarketing and pricing strategies
- Perform market research and analyze socialmedia trends to pinpoint observed patterns of behavior and other insightsnecessary to build creative campaigns
- Prepare and track marketing budget (quarterlyand annually) and allocate funds accordingly
- Recruit and manage headcount across subteamsof the Marketing department as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 5-8 years’ experience working in Marketing, Digital Marketing/Social Media, Communications/PR, or related industries. Experience in culture or content production a plus
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Eloquent wordsmith with a sense of style and a penchant for witty copy and communication
- An understanding of local culture and how to connect and engage with the young adult demographic through storytelling and other methods
- Able to work independently with skilled time management capabilities and attention to detail
- An uncanny ability to be charismatic with various individual personalities and across situations
- Very comfortable with numbers, math and financial analyses
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in offline and online marketing and tracking

Video Editor
Wireless Road BTS Chidlom / MRT Lumpini
EQ is on the lookout for a creative and passionate Video Editor responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the post-production process. As an Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the Exotic Quixotic identity. In addition, this individual should have a passion for culture and storytelling, and be able to creatively visualize and formulate stories and perspectives that capture the content’s objective and audience’s interests. To ensure success as a Video Editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with the Director to determine production vision
- Reviewing raw material to determine the short list
- Translate Director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence
- Consulting with the Director and production team throughout the project
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting based on various output specs (project-specific)
- Mentor other team members on best-in-class processes for production and post-production
- Assist in ad hoc projects of the business as needed
- Perform all necessary duties in both English and Thai
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years experience in a video editing role at a production house or media-related entity
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with various editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer. Knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Lightworks a plus.
- Creative and artistic skills.
