E-COMMERCE and MERCHANDISING MANAGER
- Upload and update products to the website – Product data management

Subject: E-commerce and Merchandising Manager
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
- Support BD team to managing all revenue-generating initiatives (whether organic or inorganic)
- Working with other internal teams (when necessary) in developing concepts, tactical and strategic planning, and producing brand-relevant initiatives for organic or inorganic sales opportunities
- Support BD Team to develop and implementing sales strategies, based off EQ’s existing content and platforms, and coordinate new initiatives to expand EQ’s revenue streams and markets, while also increasing value to existing clients
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Subject: Video Editor
EDITORIAL INTERNSHIP
We’re looking for a young and talented writer to join EQ for a 3-month internship.
During the course of this internship, you will assist the Editorial team with the development of various contents for the EQ platform.
You will be working closely with our Deputy Editor on scheduling and uploading our online contents and support the Social Media Team with all aspects of content development and management.
After successful completion of this internship, you will have gained unrivalled insights into the cultural scene and the chance of having your work featured on EQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the editorial team on the development of editorial content for EXOTIC QUIXOTIC
- Produce new content and writing it in an interesting and appealing manner
- Work with the Deputy Editor on the scheduling and uploading of all online content
- Support social media team in content and content management
- Work with the creative director on content, images and production of the online platform
- Provide an unrivalled insight into what is happening on the cultural scene and for this to be reflected on the content of the online platform
REQUIREMENTS
- Studying bachelor’s level in a related field, such as journalism, communications
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to undertake research using a variety of sources
- Be creative, able to alter their style of writing to reflect their audience

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERNSHIP
We’re looking for a young and talented graphic designer to join EQ for a 3-month internship.
The graphic design intern’s main responsibilities will be to assist Operations and Marketing teams by preparing editorial images for online publication on the platform; designing artworks, avatars and covers for EQ’s social media channels and helping the wider team with any graphic design related tasks, which may include title designs for videos, merchandise design and brand collateral design.
The graphic design internship will offer successful applicants the opportunity to gain practical experience within all of EQ’s primary departments. At the end of the internship, you will have gained valuable insights into the operations of a media platform and grown your design portfolio with work published on EQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Operations in developing and designing various style guides and brand presentation layouts, designing brand collateral as well as ensuring a consistent design aesthetic across all platforms
- Assist Marketing Communications in the design of promotional contents, including Social Media Artworks, Avatars & Cover images, Event Posters, Website Banners and Backgrounds
- Assist Editorial team in preparing and optimizing images for online publication (cropping, formatting, watermarking for website)
- Assist Production team in the design and creation of Video title screens and cover images for YouTube
- Design and develop brand merchandise ideas
REQUIREMENTS
- We will consider all candidates who can demonstrate a strong portfolio and passion for design. A degree in Graphic Design or related fields is beneficial but not required.
- Drawing & Illustration, Good sensibility for colors and keen sense for layout design
- Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
- Languages: Fluent Thai, Confident English
- Knowledge in After Effects, Basic Video Editing, WordPress a bonus
VIDEOGRAPHER INTERNSHIP
The videographer intern will be working closely together with the Creative Producer on all aspects of filming on both Editorial and Commercial productions.
During this internship, you will gain practical experience with our production equipment, understand key considerations to make for different types of production and experience the full production workflow.
This position is open to passionate and creative individuals who wish to take their film-making skills to the next level while contributing to the creation of relevant cultural contents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with a Creative Director or collaborative team to create videos
- Figuring out what type of equipment to use
- Record video using professional equipment
- Set-up lighting and audio equipment
- Cleaning and disassembling hardware
- Maintain equipment
REQUIREMENTS

VIDEO EDITOR INTERNSHIP
The video editor intern will be working closely together with the Creative Producer on all aspects of both Editorial and Commercial post-production.
During this internship, you will gain practical post-production experience learn how to craft a story during the editing process. You will become familiar with the various aspects of Editorial and Commercial video production and outputting your work for different media formats.
This position is open to passionate and creative individuals who wish to take their post-production skills to the next level in a fast-paced production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post-production video editing
- Inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video
- Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of video editing software, including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP
The production assistant intern will be working closely together with the Creative Producer on all aspects of both Editorial and Commercial post-production.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist the production team and art departments on set to help ensure a smooth production workflow. This role will require excellent multi-tasking, resourcefulness and stamina. In return, you will gain knowledge and practical experience working across all departments of production.
This position is open to passionate and creative individuals who would like to build a strong foundation in the production environment and learn about production management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist costume designers, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Print and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets)
- Escort actors around the filming area and coordinate extras
- Act as a runner distributing messages or items within film crew and cast
- Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Organizing schedules and contracts.
- Overseeing cues, timings during recording
- Budgeting
- Undertake errands as assigned
